From the Banking On A Star department
Former Kansas City Royal, Chicago White Sox (Sock?) and Los Angeles Raider, Bo Jackson is furthering his multi-faceted career by opening a bank in Burr Ridge Illinois. His name showed up on a state application for the bank on Jan. 7th.
So, is everyone prepared for billboards in Joliet that refer to “Grand Slam Savings” and “Home Run Interest Rates?”
At least we know we won’t be hearing the Tribe Called Quest song on their ads… Unless Phife Dawg decides to do a remix to get out of his adjustable rate mortgage.
